Lamtluang Online News: Mizoram cricket team has defeated Meghalaya by six wickets in the Syed Mustaq Ali Trophy, India's premier domestic Twenty20 competition. Meghalaya won the toss and elected to bat, scoring 111 runs for the loss of eight wickets in 20 overs. In response, Mizoram chased down the target in 17.2 overs, losing four wickets in the process. Agni Chopra top-scored for Mizoram with an unbeaten 56 off 47 balls, while Joseph Lalthankhuma contributed 26 off 28 balls. KC Cariappa and Mohit Jangra took two wickets each for Mizoram, while Anish Charak claimed three wickets for Meghalaya.
