Lamtluang Online News: Pi Navneet Mann, an AGMUT cadre IAS officer of the 2020 batch, has taken over as the new Deputy Commissioner of Lunglei District, Mizoram relieving Pu R. Lalṭhazuala, MCS, of his duties. Pi Mann, who hails from Amritsar, Punjab, and permanently resides in New Delhi, assumed charge on 22nd November 2024.
She was accompanied by her husband, Shivam Shiddarth, an IPS officer of the AGMUT cadre, who is set to take on a new role as Superintendent of Police in Siaha district, Mizoram.
Prior to her appointment, Pi Mann served in various capacities, including Assistant Commissioner under the Jammu & Kashmir administration, and as Sub-Deputy Magistrate, Special Secretary (Home Department), and Deputy Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Delhi, under the Delhi administration.
Pi Mann holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University for Women, Delhi. This is her first assignment after joining the Mizoram administration on 28th October 2024.
