Aizawl hosts meet-and-greet for 14th & 21st edition of Mega Entertainment’s iconic pageants

14th Set Wet Mega Mister North East and the 21st Livon Mega Miss North East return to unveil northeast’s next icons

Lamtluang Online News, Aizawl; November 18, 2024: Mega Entertainment, the premier organizer of fashion and pageant events in Northeast India, organized a meet and greet session for the candidates participating in the 14th Set Wet Mega Mister North East and the 21st Livon Mega Miss North East on Saturday. The state coordinator of Mega Entertainment, Amos MS Dawngzuala, interacted with the candidates and offered them guidance and insights on how they can prepare themselves better for the upcoming edition of the two pageants.

 

Conceptualized by fashion entrepreneur Abhijeet Singha, these renowned pageants are organized by Mega Entertainment and marketed by Mega Activation. Following auditions in Itanagar on November 5 and the upcoming session in Aizawl, the Mega Entertainment team will conduct further auditions in Gangtok, Imphal, Agartala, and Dimapur on November 24, Shillong on November 30, and Guwahati on December 1.

 

Set Wet is back as the Title Sponsor for Mega Mister North East, while Livon takes the lead as the Title Sponsor for Mega Miss North East. Joining them are Neyah as the Cosmetics Partner and Hotel Daaysco Oley Allo as the Hospitality Partner.

 

Over the years, the Mega Mister North East pageant has spotlighted talent from Mizoram, with winners such as C. Lalpekhlua and Jonathan Thangeo, while the Mega Miss North East has seen exceptional talents like Leni Ralte and Emily Hmingthansangi Chenkhual rise to the fore. Abhijeet Singha, Founder of Mega Entertainment, expressed his enthusiasm to witness the exceptional talent expected at the Aizawl auditions this year.

 

These pageants offer winners unique international opportunities, propelling them onto global stages and opening doors to prestigious platforms. Past winners have showcased the immense talent from Northeast India, making their mark on the international pageantry circuit and proudly representing the region. The exposure, experience, and network gained through these events empower them to build promising careers and make a mark beyond borders.

 

The eight-state audition tour will culminate with finalists heading to Guwahati for a week of professional grooming and training, leading up to the grand finale at the ITA Cultural Complex on January 30 and 31, 2025.
