2ND MIZO BATTALION NCC CADETS DONATE BLOOD ON 76TH NCC DAY

Lamtluang Online News: To commemorate the 76th anniversary of the National Cadet Corps (NCC), cadets from the 2nd Mizo Battalion NCC, Lunglei, donated 22 units of blood on 23rd November 2024. The blood donation camp was organised at the Multipurpose Building in Sazaikawn, Lunglei.

The event was attended by cadets from various colleges and schools, and was presided over by Col. Aman Chowdhary, Commanding Officer of the 2nd Mizo Battalion NCC. The donated blood will be stored at the Christian Hospital Serkawn Blood Bank.

A total of 22 cadets, including 4 females and 18 males, donated blood during the camp. The 2nd Mizo Battalion NCC is responsible for providing training and conducting activities for NCC cadets in the southern part of Mizoram.
