MEET K LALBIAKDIKI, MIZORAM'S FEMALE TWO-WHEELER MECHANIC

Lamtluang Online News: In Mizoram, many women ride two-wheelers, but few know how to repair them. K Lalbiakdiki, a resident of Zotlang, Aizawl, is an exception. She followed in her husband's footsteps to become a two-wheeler mechanic and now runs a successful workshop with her husband David Zohmangaiha.

As a mother of three, K Lalbiakdiki has learned to balance family and work. She credits her husband for teaching her the skills required to repair two-wheelers. Her expertise includes engine overhauls and other complex repairs.

K Lalbiakdiki's story is inspiring, especially in a region where women are underrepresented in the mechanics profession. Her success serves as a model for others who wish to pursue unconventional careers.

LUNGLEI FLYOVER BRIDGE SET FOR RENOVATION
